Yes, hooking the coolant lines back up to the throttle body should return your idle to normal. It is possible to improve your idle with the tb bypass but making it perfect seems to be very illusive. A cv is just a cv. There is no added horsepower or torque with different cv joints. One might have a better quality, relating to the fit and function of the mechanical parts but this won't translate into more torque or hp. <BR>Andy P. 93 GS
