Re: Need some ideas for Projector headlights.
Whoa! Just read through all of the above posts! I was thinking of making projector lights for myself a while ago and I'm happy to see someone else is interested in the project. If you use DOT approved projector lights by Hellas or whatever, you lose the DOT approval if you install a clear lense in f...

You can paint your interior for pretty cheap: price of 2-3 color spray cans and 2-3 clear coat cans.

Re: Air conditioning
The left fan is is part of the a/c system. I did'nt have one until I installed my a/c. And I had to rewire the fans together so that both would work at the same time when needed.

Yep, the knob screws out. The boot is snapped around the knob at top and screw to the plastic thingy at the bottom. You'll have to remove the plastic part to access the screws.

You can reduce your shifter's throw. Some instructions were posted a while back on how to do it.

Since the a/c compressor belt is the same as the power stearing one, I think that adjusting the idle for the a/c is the ecu's job.

Re: Taking gauges off...or not?
look at the page S-064 of the online shop manual: I can see 2 screws at top & 4 at bottom. Use ratchet/socket or ratchet/socket/bit, I't'll give you leverage. I saw these screwdriver bits for stripped screws at Canadian Tire, might help also.

I calculated my stock Mx-3 1.6 soch to suck in 144cfm at 6000 rpm. The fan blows at 150, which is same flow as the air coming in (no boost). Maybe there's a small boost at lower rpm.

Maybe it's not wear! I just hate that buzzing sound
! Maybe the last owner disconnected the switch. I know I will when I get time to do it.

Will my engine survive?
Friday nite I heard a loud "thunk" underneath my car as I was driving. At first I tought I hit a rock or something, but as I poped the hood the next morning, I realised that my air filter fell of my cold air intake! I drove about 1hour on highway friday after the incident. The 90deg elbow ...
