Steel Seal for Blown headgasket, Warped/cracked head/block

Does this stuff actually work? Looks like snake oil to me.. but for $50 it is tempting to try.

I just found a BP from a 92 Ford Escort GT at the wreckers and wanted to pick it up.. Good price. $300 and only 88k on the engine. compression tested good 190 across all. I have a 92 MX-3 SOHC which i just recently blew the head gasket on (or cracked head/cracked block) not sure yet. But instead of ...

SplitFire Triple Platinums, put these in my car and noticed better fuel mileage immediately. fuel economy.org did a spark plug shootout, and these came out on top. Beating out NGK. They have a patented fork design to expose more of the spark. Cost more the n your regular plugs but if you want the be...

Forcing water out of rad and overheating, stuttering, etc

Earlier this summer I noticed there was a hole in the rad after the temp gauge slowly started to rise higher and higher as I drove it through out the week. First I thought it was a stuck thermostat because the temp would increase to the redline and then quickly drop back down to half. But the condit...

Overheating or faulty thermostat

The last couple days I have been notcing that as my car heats up the temp gauge slowly rises up and up passed the half way point and almost to the red then it quickly drops down to the halfway point again. Now although this freaks me out each time it does it, logically, I assume that the gauge is ma...

I also think its funny how gas prices will jump over night even though its the same gas in the pumps... The gas stations charge what the gasoline is worth currently. There is nothing wrong with that. Thats just business. Everyone seems to have a problem with gas stations making a profit. If you own...

Preferably i would like to get that cost down.. I have access to spray guns and aircompressor.. If indeed painting is the easy part perhaps i should just do the prep work myself over a long weekend.

Yes, it might not be a problem with TPS im just saying that your throttle may not be able to open the choke quick enough.. because the electrical system under load could cause it to react slower thus causing the bucking when accellerating or deaccellerating. I pretty much have the same problems as y...

Yes the 90 amp will give you the extra current you need so that the idle can remain smooth when your electrical system is drawing a lot. Im not sure if that would effect the bucking... maybe the Throttle possition sensor cant react quickly enough under load... or maybe just needs to be replaced as w...
