ya im in for a paintjob and a bit of bodywork.

fading blaze red needs to be redone, same color.

hey, just got back from the paint shop i know i believe he is painting the cars for 1500 with body work, it will cost more for windshield removal and rust around there...

so anyone interested

they wont do it with the windsheild in, i dont trust them then, a place round here quoted me 1200 bucks to do it all..

he does paint with windshield on, but if there is rust around there, he has to take it out and fix rust n put it back meaning it will cost more!

yeah i def. need one too, but i think i'll just do it myself, since my uncle has a booth at his shop and all the equipment, i just need to learn how to do it, that's the problem...and buy paint, anywho, yeah, my mom doesn't want me to paint the car but it needs it, so many issues with it....

just get a friend to do it, a family friend of ours paints cars, hes prepping mine and spraying it for 200, and i got my paint also thru a family friend who works at a body shop supply store, a gunmetal metallic base/clear for 375 no tax, cash deal

you guys just need to make friends in the industry! lol... mind you i have no rust or dings

I would be interested as well.. toronto is close enough.

Faded not-so blaze red. I want to paint it dark burgandy or black.

dent in side door and some rust. around rear wheel wells.

Preferably i would like to get that cost down.. I have access to spray guns and aircompressor.. If indeed painting is the easy part perhaps i should just do the prep work myself over a long weekend.

so what is going on with this painting thing? alot of people are interested...do you know anything about it, like prices, colours, locations, and what they will and will not be painting....plus if i just do the body work and sanding and all that, will they paint it for me? if not maybe you can get me a deal on supplies so i can get it done on my own (uncle's shop-do it myself) please let us lknow, i'm sure everyone wants to know what's up?
