I beleive it is bad to have a heat conductive metal intake pipe because it will transmit the engine bay heat to the intake air.<P>also are there any dynos on stock with k+n vs. prm or home made becuase the banana tube may give torque. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

O.k. thank you everybody for posting<P>I am still pondering the proceedure but the unrelialilty of the stock O2 is a problem since they cost 250$ canadian<P>as long as it has not been tried (if it has not) then someone will have to try it.<P>Is their any news on the eprom maf mod since I last search...

I think a wot switch is a good idea because at wot the air meter would be ignored anyway I beleive.<P>Then at wot the car runs it's preset maps which are very rich on my setup.<P>I would then have the valve open with 1 maybe both vris <P>my a.f. meter will show how the mixture is to prevent leaning ...

hey Brandon has a kl46? J-spec ecu for I beilive an auto I tried it in mine and all the power was down at 4-6k <P>but for sure the 2.5 vaf is the better<P>I'm thinking of putting a reostat in the vaf<BR>volume circuit to see what it will do for every day drivability I will post separitly

I solved the problem . I beleive it was a dirty connector because I removed the Tps and the vaf - tested them and put them back inh and now it's been fine for 3 days.<P>It would make sense because it would happen in the heat of the day ... maybe <P>I still would like to know what the vaf volume sens...
