Once the arm comes off, you got this goofy looking nub sticking out. Is there any way to remove that. I'd assume there'd be a hole in the glass where you take it out, but Im just curious if anyone has done that

Im bringing this back from the dead, and wondering if there is any progress. I killed my trans last week, and will need a new one. Also if you can't do a GB, how hard would it be to set up individually?

Here is a little more insight to the situation. I jacked the car up and put it on jack stands. I left the tires on for now, and started the car up. Its prob not the safest thing to do, but I put the car in gear and started accelerating...dont worry the wheels were prob a good 4 inches off the ground...

I agree that if ur getting the cam angle sensor it could be the disty, but with the discription u gave, at also sounds a lot like what happened to me in our van when the fuel filter got clogged. The car wouldnt accel, and would shut off, then if u let it sit for a lil itd start then die a lil later....

slammed 6 and I both have v6 swaps in our cars. Im not sure bout power, but theres a guy on probetalk with a similar set up as mine with about 170whp, so somewhere in that range. I didnt really have any warning signs, I was just crossing a road, hit a little dip under acceleration and all the sudden...

add me to the snapped axle list. Mine were also lifetime warranty deals from auto zone, and mine was also the passenger side axle. I'd be interested in hearing more about these axles u just got. Did you get them from the 800 number on this post? and also was it 400 after shipping or before? thanks

I had a similar problem with my swap as well. Mine would start, but it was flooding itself with wayyyy too much fuel, and had the roughest idle. I had the fuel pressure regulator vaccum lines mixed up. mess around with those and see what happens. Other than that, see if u can get any codes.
