my escort gt kinda made a squeaking sound once in awhile when i let my clutch out. but it still pulled pretty good. how long ago did you get your new clutch (miles)? did you let it break in? i suggest not doing anymore 4th gear starts...

i would say look for a 94-96. mainly because of the DOHC motor (if you are looking for a 4 cyl). and i like the inside better too.

i was thinking (doesn't happen too often) and i came up with the idea that those flexible exhaust pipe deals might work pretty well for turbo piping as well. what do you guys think???

ok i email the shipping company again to see if they could ship the engine to my house with the business rate since it is the most 18 wheeler friendly area in town. if they can do that for me i will take your motor off your hands. :p

hey i'm planning on turbo charging my 4cyl DOHC. i'm going to go with wiseco pistons. and i've read posts that the corilla(spl??) rods worked well with them...where can i get these rods?<p>and also does anyone know about how many horses the crank and block can handle?

you have the wheel on the ground when you are tightening them right (car not on stands)? when i tighten my rims i put the lug wrench on there and then stomp on it. also make sure to go in a star pattern. use a torque wrench if you have to (lots of leverage with the long handle), just make sure those...

ANSWER TO ? #1: depends on where your problem is. i personaly would fix the defroster first. if you put the tint on before you fix it and then realize that the problem is with those little strips going across your window you will have to rip the tint off again...and this is not fun. sometimes the ti...

hey i was wondering if there was enough room for an intercooler behind the MazdaSpeed style front bumper. i don't think i will be able to fit one behind my stock one with the A/C condenser and all sitting there.
