Re: how do I install.....
You install it by opening up your trash, and throwing the chip in there. Sorry, but it's a rip-off scam type thing. My advice would be next time you want to do a mod and it looks too good to be true, do a search on this site, and you will find out if it works or not real quick. Take care.

Re: Aluminum Pedals
An important hint is get a good powerful drill, and a bit used for drilling metal, because the stock pedals are very hard metal, and thus not easy to drill through.

Re: No reverse!
Sometimes my reverse is a bit hard to get into. If I put it into another gear like second, and then back to reverse that seems to help. Sometimes I do it back and forth a few times like a teeter-totter. LOL

Re: CORKSPORT SUCKS
I never order anything from there because everything is so overpriced. I guess the way that they stay in bidness is because they do offer some things that are hard to find anywhere else.

which under normal driving conditions could be every couple years or more. Of course that depends on where you live, say if you live where there is a lot of dust, or in the desert, then it would be more often. LOL

Re: RE:Foggy Headlights
You are right, you are scraping off a thin layer of your headlights, and that is why you get a now clear light. There are two ways to keep it that way. One, do like was mentioned earlier and just use the plastic cleaner once a month when you wax your car. Don't worry it would take a very very long t...

Re: ? For those of you with RED MX-3's
I got two mirrors, two mudguards, and a spoiler painted for $225. The guy did a great job, and it was somebody that lives in my town, which is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. So a small town type of guy. As far as Maaco goes, it's cheap. So expect a cheap paint job.

Re: clear hatch cover?
I made a custom hatch cover, I think there is a picture or two of it on my webpage. I took out the stock hatch cover, and made a new one out of particle board. The new hatch cover houses two 6x9 speakers in an enclosed box. Looks much better than the stock one, plus houses the bigger speakers.

Re: ? For those of you with RED MX-3's
I also have a red MX-3. I think the bottom line is the the metal parts seem to last fine, but all the plastic parts fade. The mirrors fade really bad, I had to get mine completely repainted. The other plastic parts like my bumpers are starting to fade too. But all the metal parts still look real good.

I think they are washable, although for only $12 it would probably be easier to buy a new one if yours got dirty (which usually takes several years).

Re: Medical Problem
If you like the MX-3 that much (and we can all see why you would) then you could consider selling your current car and then buying the same model year and color and everything with an auto in it. I can just about guarantee you that will be easier and cheaper than trying to switch trans types.

Re: ths is making me sick
I have some vibration underneath my car as well, and it comes from the fact that my exhaust is touching the bottom of the car in one spot. So when you hit the gas, the exhaust going through the pipes causes it to shakes back and forth (this is normal) but that causes a vibration against the bottom o...

Re: cafe style grill how to
Ya, but he put the screen in front so if you don't care about the structure as you said, then the new grill will cover up the two holes where the support bar used to be. You won't be able to see it from the outside of the car.
