Re: Buying KL-ZE this week at engine land !

You have the stamping correct on the heads, but the TB will not be stamped KL-31. The TB will not be stamped with a number that will help you. Most KLZE are automatics so look for the flexplate where the flywheel should be. Look for the above mentioned stamping and no egr. If your going to put this ...

Re: rotor help

What year is the engine ?

Hi guys,
I can't seem to find a way to find out what year my engine is. I have a Eunos 800 KLZE. Is there info somewhere on this? I called Street Imports (where I got it)and all they could say is that it is newer than 1997. Hmmm
Thanks

Re: all things needed for ze swap (essentials)

Big fat steel pipe (breaker bar)
throw away all your cheap walmart tools and spend $200.00 and buy a good set of tools. I wasted more time and money just going out and replacing cheap broken sockets and ratchets during the swap.
good luck
Cage

Re: temp sensor

The heat will go down when you rev the engine, that is normal, because you are now circulating the current of coolant that carries the heat away from the engine to the radiator. It's a piece of cake to switch the hoses. Just make sure the car hads not been running ...
