mine goes about a quart low every month. i dont have blue smoke and no leaks. i've been told my compression is too high(215psi avg instead of 195psi) but i dont see how that would use oil. i'm all confused. any ideas.

Also make sure the amps(and deck if you can) are all grounded to the same spot. this will help eliminate ground loops.<BR> -cody

Never fear! i totaled my last one on a jeep. hit it so hard the jeeps back doors wouldn't open! smashed my front valve cover and had 3 crakes in the firewall. mx-3s may be hard to find but keep looking. it took about a month but i found a 92 gs with 98k on it for 4000us just down the street! stick w...

I've got this crazy idea i'd like some feed back on. put the 1.8 crank in the 2.5 block. essentially it would make it a 2.2-2.3L so less hp than the 2.5 but since it has a shorter stroke it should rev alot faster. i,v done some resurch and the 1.8 crank has a smaller diameter so i'd have to have cus...

DOHC alows you to change intake and exhaust timins seperatly since they have a seperate cam for each. with a SOHC 1 cam pushes both intake and exhaust valves so if you retime the intake exhaust changes with it

Bocsch Platnum +4 only work if your ingition system is beafed up or is like new. there gaped at the factory(whitch you probaly already knew) and its almost to big for the stock ignition to keep up with above 6 grand even with better wires. i hade nkg wires and +4 and misfired above about 5700
