what he mean by rev matching for down shifting, just to learn this go for a drive and when you are quite a ways from a red light say you are in 4th, shift it to 3rd, SLOWLY(until you get the hang of it) while in third slowly let off the clutch as you let off the clutch it will match the rev. if you...

Sure, that would help out quite a bit. Tomorrow I am going to look at a DOHC 1.6L head. I bought a head gasket for the SOHC so I will see how it fits on the DOHC...hopefully all I needa do is plug two oil ports like Josh said in a previous convo!

Got the flywheel today! Looks awesome... COD was $12.06 or something like that so total cost of the flywheel ended up being about $375 shipped. That's in Canadian dollars btw..

Ya I'm almost 6"7. Driving an mx3 can get kind of uncomfortable sometimes. The mx3's are actually pretty good for a tall guy like me though. Once I get an aftermarket smaller steering wheel, I think it'll be pretty roomy. I did some measurements and i think a new wheel will free up a lot of leg...

maybe head gasket too? If your two middle cylinders have low compression maybe your head gasket could be damaged between the two?
