I'd check the connections for the neutral switch on the tranny. They could be dirty and thus the engine doesn't know it is in neutral and cannot hold an idle b/c it is dropping so fast. Other than that the TPS and IAC are supposed to controll idle. You could need a new IAC or TPS. Well its not drop...

I've basically got all the boltons for the ZE in my full interior Mx3, and I run right with the swapped hatches. My cousin has a JDM B18C1 in his CX hatch, and I outrun him in the quarter. Raced a C5 hatch the other day, he barely pulled. I guess it would just really depend on the condition of your...

Still having idle problem
I am still having my idle problem. When I stop at red lights, stop signs, etc the car holds rpm around 1000 to 1200 for about 7-15 seconds. If I have the heat all the way on it only holds for about 4 seconds. I have checked for vac leaks, reset tps, changed disty cap due to a crack. I don't know wha...

(waits for the BOOM) :D Dude why do you care if other people blow up their motor. You shouldn't keep ragging on people just because you don't approve of how they drive their car. You drive how you want and everyone else will drive how they want. The majority of us got a ZE for the power not to baby...

I hit a 9.003 on an 1/8th last night but my reaction time was .161. So if you get your reaction time down, your numbers will be a lot better. this is wrong..ur reaction times DO NOT add on to ur overall time at the end! it dont matter if u would have gotten a .783 reaction time ur 1/8 mile time STI...

I hit a 9.003 on an 1/8th last night but my reaction time was .161. So if you get your reaction time down, your numbers will be a lot better. Let me know what you get next time you hit the track though. I also wanted to add that I shift out of first at 7500 and second at 7200 just to help mazdaspeed...

Invested in your v6 mx-3
I was curious how much you guys have put in your mx-3's in maintanance and upgrades since you have had them. If you answer this please put how long you have had it and the amount. It dosen't have to be exact just an estimate. I have had mine for about 3 and a half years and I have put a little more ...
