I suggest using fiberglass mat, not cloth or weave, the fiberglass mat conforms to corners much better than the weaved fiberglass does

if you had obd1 that would work better with less issues, Ive heard that people trying to swap a bpt and keep there original harness with obd2 and stock ecu have had issues, a lot more than with the obd1 system.

also if your going to be running the bp ecu and harness, your also going to need something to adjust the timing if you wanna run more boost than the stock 9-10psi. this is because the NA bp ecu has more agressive timing and will cause detonation if you want to run more than 6-7psi boost, from what I...

is it trying to start, but just not igniting? check your battery cables, and your battery, you might not be getting enough juice. also as stated before check the spark plugs, plug wires and check the coil as well.

unless you have a bp with predrilled taps for the turbo oil feed/return your going to need to do that as well, as well as for coolant for the turbo also.
