Aww...man! That truly sucks BB. I have been watching your build up trying to get ideas. After I get back from New Orleans I'll have to really get in touch with you since you are the only one I know doing what I plan to do. I'm going to NO to make some money and pay back debts. Then I'd say around 15...

Yeah, it just looks rounded and the tool I have will not fit. I'm rather limited what I can try here at work so may just have to hope to get home without it raining.

Well, I have a 'S' bend type allen wrench basically. The lug in my roof is missing so the thing is visible, but the allen tool I have does not fit there. The thing there just looks rounded inside with a o-ring thingy around the outside. Maybe I'm missing something I'll run out into the parking lot a...

Sunroof Stuck Open

Well, I just got to work and went to close my sunroof and the close part of the button quit working. It still works when I push the open part. Either way I need to get the sunroof closed in case it rains. Is there any wires I could jump or some type of quick fix to get it closed. My Haynes manual is...

Wow, guess there are a few people for PA. I have in my profile that I live in Pittsburgh, PA but that is kinda a lie. I work in pittsburgh, but live at the absolute top of WV so you can't be too far from me. We should all meet up sometime. Guess I need to get the body work and paint done on mine tho...

Jimishadow Fantastic Guy!

As some of you may know I hit a deer with my car and needed a new hood. Well Jimishadow contacted me and said he had two hoods in PA for $40! So I drove out there yesterday to pick up the hood. It was a 12hr round trip but well worth it. Not only did I get the hood for very cheap, he had two MX-3's ...

Not sure, but I would like a reply to this also. There are some bubbles in the paint in a small spot right next to the rear hatch glass on mine and I may have to take the glass out to get it patched before it gets painted. So I'm assuming I will need a new seal also.

Yea, stick with your instincts. If you are going to pull your motor out and every panel off the car then yea, change it to any color you want. Personally I LOVE black and I would keep it that. Only problem for me though is that it gets dirty as soon as I move the car. I'm in the process of prepping ...

Yeah man, looking good. Hopefully I will have some comparable pics in a few weeks. I just hit a deer so just going all out. Trying to get a CF hood at a decent price and if that falls through have had many offers from the people here to get me a stock hood. Then getting the car prepped and painted. ...

I'd be happy to just get another stock hood but to ship it across the country would be at least $200 so I may as well get the carbon fiber one. Just curious how the hood fits on the mx-3 I have seen hood for civics and such that look like a-- and don't fit worth a darn.

Carbon Fiber Hood on Ebay??

Ok, well I hit a deer on Sat. and need a new hood and light. Well, the light was easy to find but the hood is another story. The closest one I can find is in Maine and will cost me almost $200 to get it shipped plus ~$150 for the hood. I looked on Ebay and found some carbon fiber hoods for ~$150 (+$...

Ok, called around today without any luck. The guy at the scrapyard is still making phone calls trying to track one down. Any clue how much the shipping would be from where you are to Pittsburgh, PA?? The guy at the scrapyard was saying he couldn't find any nearby atm but may find some farther away a...

Well, a deer decided to run out in front of me yesterday. That means I'm going to need another hood. It is sunday and I have yet to call any scrapyards around here, but I may need to buy your hood. Just giving you a heads up and will let you know more in the next day or two.
