Is there anyway you could provide a part number for me, because you definitely had the exact problem as me? Regarding my post about the 92 and 93 part issue, it is continuing. I finally told the mechanics to put it back together so I could pick it up. Now the ball joint is popping on one side. This ...

As of today, now i can proudly add to the list $540 for driver's front wheel bearing, both tie rod ends, and both ball joints. Sorry, but this car's a rip. I'm gonna sell it, but couldn't bring myself to sell it to anyone in the condition that I bought it. I'll just find one for $1500 and drive it i...

The question still makes no sense to me, but if I assume that you mean changing from stock(205/55/15) to 205/55/16(larger than stock) here is what you need. I said that every 10 mm means .3939 inches. Stock is 17.1654 inches from center of rim to edge of tire. Your new setup would be 16 inches, plus...

OK, according to the Mazda dealer, 92 ball joints carried over only so far into the 93 year. He said that the first two shipments were executed by a moron that didn't bother checking what the asterisk was next to the part number that tells about some 93s needing 92 ball joints. I still have to pay t...

No style change on the dash. I will call and check the VIN though. As far as comparing the ball joints, I am 100 miles from the dealer and can't do that. They are delivering them to the mechanic. You'd think that the Mazda idiot, i mean delivery person, would figure that out after driving back and f...

Car stuck in shop. NEED HELP!
I have a 93 GS auto in the shop and the wrong ball joints have come for the third time. They are ordering from the Mazda dealer using the car's VIN and they are always wrong. My car's been in the shop for over a week b/c of these stupid F$%#ing ball joints. Does anybody have a clue what the problem ...

Thank you for that explanation of the fitment stuff. As for the Theory, i just think the ring around the center cap looks cheap, but mesh of any kind looks good on MX3s in my opinion. Too bad Alt 148 is dead in stock size. I live in rural Tennessee, so there won't be any problem with overplayed look...

If the cars need NO work, then yea they're very economical. When you have to get parts, the V6s are terrible and the 4cyl are average, which isn't good. There aren't many around the junk yards, either. Read in the tranny and engine forums about things to look for before you buy. If you have no money...
