Franko knows his stuff I wouldnt have finished my v6 to BPT swap without him. Im sure this is one of the most properly built mx3s out there.

Re: Please Help...dead '92 MX-3 base
i recently died on the highway. wasnt getting spark so tried different coil and ignitor still nothing. then i figured to check the timing belt and that was the issue. i think the ecu will pull spark in that situation. worth a shot.

Re: A LITTLE HELP
i went the other way around went from v6 to bpt and yes the swap is a pain just because of sourcing parts. Id go bp and turbo that cheapest route. a bpt stock has nearly the klze horsepower and im getting 27city 33hwy mpg so it has that advantage

Re: i am at the crossroads klze, de, or bp
i went v6 to bpt for the easy modding but i admit it is a pain. If i did it again id go the gtr route due to its potential out of the box. Its alot easier if you got a 4cyl mx3 for parts i wasted alot of time sourcing parts. Doing the swap ull lose abs and ull need to swap the gauge cluster out for ...
