The car goes on the Dyno next Tuesday for a full maping session, I want to try different boost levels and a couple of new fuel maps so I will post the new videos after that. I refused to use the megasquirt as too many Ze's have been blown by bad conf...

It are sr20's, the purple ones in a modded rail. Millenia's will indeed be sufficient for the setup, but they are hard to get around here.

I'm runnig a 255lph walbro pump with 370cc injectors. I dont have a afpr at the moment but I'm using megasquirt to control the fuel.

I'm planning to make to options in the kitting
1 budget an 1 all inclusive Then it's up to the buyer to dicide which way to go.

it's shafted based, cause that's the only possible way to mount it there.

It's a lot of work. I'm working on the kit for almost a year now and it's nearly finished. When using this kit you can keep the AC and no modification have to be made to the firewall. The only thing you need to adjust are the fans, battery and coolingliquid reservoir. the kit wil also be intercooled...

Yes I have the transfershaft is 1 inch short so I got to make another one.
THese will take some time as it is holiday season in the workshop.

I first do some testing with 2 bearings. once this doesn't work a can easily please one or two extra bearing because i'm not going to use a pipe to fit the bearing in like others have done.

the supercharger isn't the problem. The piping is once you fit the supercharger you have no room to put piping. The only solution would be a civic rad and let the piping run next to the rad. to give an indication about the transfershaft together woth the bearinghouses. Here are some pics of the one ...

The shaft is the biggest issue. It's the only thing I have to finish to complete my set-up. Currently i have bearing that are normally used for industrial purposes only. They can run up to 34.000 rpm and are specially made to work in +100 degrees Celsius.

I fixed the problem. It was the injector wiring that caused the problem. the starter tried to fire the engine up but the injectors didn't take over

@ lakerfan1: i ment the one on the transmission. I cleaned that on so that can't be the problem.

Today i have tried to start without compression. and the starters works fine. but with compression it doesn't.
