2.6L engine, well other than the truck engines which are G series I don't know of any 2.6l engines that mazda makes and definitly none that come in the 626, the 626 even the years you are speaking of 98-02 come with the KLDE KLDE: dohc V6 2.5 170hp 163trq your looking for KL engines from ford or maz...
