WOW that is ridiculous. I had a truck shipped from Florida to mass for $600. That was ~1300 miles. Did you get a quote from door to door? That will raise the price dramatically. If you go terminal to terminal it is way cheaper.

I'm not in a big rush to sell it so don't be to worried about it taking off. I'll have some more pics tomorrow night. tonights my bday :) so I'm going out right after work.

You honestly might be better off just shipping it. When you figure in gas/hotels/food the cost isn't all that bad.

Reason I'm selling cheap is the paint. Half the front bumper is primer grey, the rest is faded red with more than its fair share of scrapes in the paint. I was able to snap off one photo tonight before my batteries died- http://www.cardomain.com/ride/675896/1 For whatever reason the car was a magnet...

[fs] 93 GS KLZE, Mass. $3000 B/O

I've got to get rid of my MX-3. It has been a very reliable car for me but it's time to move one. I've got to be up front and say the paint on the car is rough, it needs a paint job. It was a Florida car so the sun and red paint don't mix very well. The paint has flaked off half the front bumper and...

If you got the cv from any of the discount auto places there is a good chance it will be bad right out of the box. They regrind them and use the cheapest possible parts available. I've never had one last more than 10,000 miles.

That sounds exactly like the upper strut bearing is gone. They are relatively cheap to replace. Parts might run $20-$30 and if you've ever swapped out springs it's the same procedure as that to replace it.

I made my own bushings out of delrin. The material is very close to the nylatron. I have to grease mine about every 6-8 months with water proof marine trailer grease or they squeek like crazy all the time. Regular grease got washed out very quickly. I don't really like the srd bushings. There needs ...

GRM to do an MX-3 Feature

In the latest Grass Roots Motorsports (http://www.grassrootsmotorsports.com) They had an article about choosing a project car. A sub-article in there was 10 Sleeper Project cars. In that was mentioned the Ford ZX2. I emailed them saying the MX-3 was pretty muc hthe sme car with lots more hop-up pote...

The 5-30 quiets down my lifters a noticeable amount on cold(below 30F) start up as compared to 10-30. It probably isn't harming anything running the 10-30 in the cold, it just doesn't make as much noise.
