Two of my mazdas has the AC clicking problem. It will click only when the RPM is below 1K. Other than the embarrassing noise, everything was ok.
The one on the MX3 was solved after putting in something called "NASA compressor oil" into the AC system. Tried the same thing on my Xedos 6, but the AC ...

Quote Lakersfan1 in PT " WHY? The stock fuel pressure regulator already makes the engine run too rich. I don't know why you'd boost the pressure. Try lowering it back down to 43PSI or so. And I always thought the VRIS on the transmission side of the engine should be the first to actuate".

Have you try to dyno it? Probably we have the same problem...
I used to have KFZE manifold and 60mm TB on the car, and I could feel the VRIS kick in. Now with the millenia manifold and 65mm TB, I could no longer feel the "kick" when the VRIS kick in. I think I will try tying open the VRIS and see if ...

What is wrong with this dyno?
Hi guys, need your expert opinion on this dyno graph. I think there is something very wrong with my car. The car is MX3 with KLZE. Below is the setup:
-65mm TB
-Millenia intake
-KF ECU chipped with KL31 EPROM
-2" muffler, 2.5" piping, K8 stock exhaust manifold, no catalytic conv.
-K&N air filter ...

Re: Kfze Installed: easter bunny was good to me
Probably u rite. My KFZE head should be same as yours as it is in Eunos 500 model (Xedos 6 JDM). But do update us how it goes with the KL03 manifold on KFZE. I installed KLZE TB on the KFZE, but did not feel any different at all. Totally opposite if compared to putting 64mm TB on my 626 KLZE.

Re: Kfze Installed: easter bunny was good to me
Mnemonic, have you put in the KL manifold on your KFZE? How does it goes? I have a spare KLZE manifold, and thinking of putting it on my Xedos 6 KFZE, but not sure if it worth the effort.
