Has anyone ordered the Pacesetter exhaust kit from JCWhitney for the SOHC 1.6? How is the fit, construction, tubing size, sound, etc. for those who have?

not really relating to your post... but good luck reaching those numbers... forged internals will definitely be needed as the KL-ZE's stock CR is 10.0:1, so turbocharging with any significant amount of boost would put that effective CR at a very high level, so be prepared to blow some pistons... but...

there was a supercharger kit produced for the 1.6L, however it was designed to fit in the miata, and the B6 was not horizontally mounted in the miata as it is in the mx-3. however, who knows what a little custom fabrication and modifications could do...

are the door panels for manual locks and windows? if so, what color are they and how much?

will that header fit on the MX-3... it won't interfere with motor mounts or the radiator or anything like that?

so at 3:30 in the morning when i'm stranded in the middle of nowhere, my car won't start. at first, it turned over slowly, but then eventually quit turning over at all and just made a ticking sound when i turned the key. a friend and i came back and jumped it and it started up after a little turning...

i'm not sure yet... does the B6T manifold fit on the SOHC head?... if not i think i'll have to go custom

i'm heading up to the shop tomorrow and was wondering what size pipes i should go with for the intercooler and exhaust. should 2" be sufficient for both applications?
