Stuck Plug boot

Hi. I've got a wee bit of a problem. Ya see, I've been going Mc'Guyver on my car lately. I've had some serious problems with my Xact plug wires (basically, they seem to like to fall apart at inappropiate times, though it may have something to do with my "gentle" touch...). Recently, as my ...

Re: Ported or sealed Sub Enclosure

Sorry if that sounded like a threat, call it being defensive (somehow being called a "kid" seems like a derogotory comment, but oh well ,lol). <BR> I am going to try to put this as nicely as possible though. <BR> You said that we are repeating information that others have stated. That is t...

Here, you can start with these couple threads, and then I posted a bit heavier reading on the bottom. Careful who you call kid, some us actually know what we're talking about and can back it up. <BR> <A HREF="http://www.carsound.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=001611" TARGET=_bl...

Re: Is a Wall legal?

What you do is your own business, but I HIGHLY advise you NOT to build a wall in a mx3. The transfer effeicncy of your hatch is the best thing in the freakin world for a street vechile. There is a reason that almost all street class db drag competitors covet the CRX like its the holy grail. Take an ...

The JBL is a mighty fine amp.<BR>My recommendtion is about 6oow to each woofer, and might add, are these the single 4 ohm, or dual 4's?, cause that will impact your amp choice there guy, lol ;) ):<BR>Now your planning on using two woofers (reality : I perfer just one good one, but thats me...and i d...

Re: Is a Wall legal?

Depends on your local/state laws. For the most part I know many people w/walls and have never had problem (if your going to get pull over, its because your breaking noise ordence, not the wall...). Note: putting a wall in hatchback vehcile is border line retardism, trust me on this one....

Re: Electronic supercharger...

Ya know, the idea of an electric "supercharger" really isnt that bad....but that thing just looks kinda cheesy. I guess the real problem whould be the loss in power from the change from mechinical energy, to electrical back to mechinical....now if we had 42v electrical systems.....
