Uh.. What happend to Korban??
He hasn't been on for a while, last seen on that thread about the group buy, and everyone was mad because he stopped responding.
Think he is okay??

Protege for 800, and swap everything?
I found 2 proteges on carsoup in my area for about 800-900 dollars. They both have approx 130k miles on them, and supposedly run good. Would it be worth it to buy one of them, swap the engine, tranny, ecu, and all the other required things? Or should I just get the engine with all the extras on ebay...

Re: New Mazda 3 is Awesome
Don't mean to disrespect anyone's opinions... But car designs has been going down-hill since 98 or so.. Probably a bit earlier. The newer Civics are bigger and bubblier than the older Accords, and the NEWER Accords are f*king boats.. Mazda is even jumping on the bubble car bandwagon. INFACT, I haven...

Re: Backpreasure myth
I totally understand, but why are open headers so great?
Assuming you don't have to worry about sound level laws, like on a drag strip or something I meen.
I do like the explaination though. Thanks a lot, some people needed it.

Re: Pulleys for SOHC?
Rukick, thanks a lot. I would love that product number as well. So the one for the 1.6 dohc mx-3 will NOT work? I looked around on mx-3.com and saw that some people say they use the sohc pro pulley, and some say the dohc mx3 pulley. I suppose I should really find a junk yard around here, haha.. I pl...

Hey... Uh, about that pulley, is there anything like that (or even one of those) that will fit the SOHC 1.6? That would be very cool. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Does Turboing an engine cancel the need of certain parts
I was wondering why I've seen cars with turbos that don't have a MAF or VAF. I've seen cars WITH them as well. I am wondering, under what circumstance is the MAF/VAF made obsolete? I hate that stupid thing, and want it gone. ESPECIALLY since I plan on turbocharging my mx3. does a s-afc 2 do it? Sinc...

Re: Grinding in the front end!
AHHH, dude! My car does the same damn thing! I have a 92 rs. My squeek comes out of the front DRIVERS side however. But it sounds EXACTLY like my problem. I can feel it as well. On the floor, on the pedals, etc etc. But it doesn't happen until its been driven for a couple minutes. Then it just gets ...
