For the CAT the best way is always custom, find a good muffler, a high flow cat converter and have the piping made in any muffler shop, you can then listen to your car and add a resonator if its too loud. For the springs, theres a lot of options right now, buy some sport lowering springs and shocks ...

and you forgot to mention that the KL-ZE is a bolt-on engine upgrade if you have a v6 mx-3 and the BPT is cheaper but it will cost you more to put it on you car cause youll have to change tranny, axxles and lots more..if you have a 4 cyl, get a B6t, if you have a V6, get a KL-ZE, thats my opinion..<...
