My bp one is 2.5 and the v-6 one is 3in. They both work very well used to have the specter on deff not needed to be that big.

O yeah im replaceing all seals dont want any leaks. Mine gets the crap beat out of it all the time. 300hp and 330tq is hard on the G-series trannys. lol But the car is fun.

Have the same problem with my brothers car randomly. It does not make sence why it happend after you patched up the exhaust. Have not been able to figure it out.

How would you have a problem if the nuts are staked and properly tourqued. You wouldnt but i see your point they are cheep. I have reused the nuts on both of my transaxles and have not had any issues. Just didnt see the point in replaceing parts that dont need replaced. Now if the part that is stake...

I use two bottles of lucaus 80-90 and one bottle of lucaus auto trans fix comes to 3 quarts makes it really thick and so far my transmissins have been takeing the abuse of 300hp and 330tq on a stock g-series trans the gears take it not the diffs tho. Im about to be putting one in mine no different than a regular diff to install. Dont need new nuts or the black cover for fifth gear. The nuts are staked just unstake remove then retourque and stake them. Im ordering mine in a few weeks when tax return gets here. :D

For valve guides a machine shop would need to press them in. It probubly just needs valve seals which we could do.
