i have mine like that only out the pass side. i did it as a quik fix one time cuz i didnt have enough pipe at the time to go out the back so i put it there and its never changed...lil angled tip on the nd to run with the body and it looks pretty good. got the idea from my dirt track car

your hub is what youe wheel bolts to...your spindle is what your hub slides into and connects to your sway bar and shock tower...also the ball joint is on the bottom of the spindle...if you hear a humming noise its probly your wheel bearing...i just did my pas. side wheel bearing and it really wasnt...

there is like a plate where the 2 shift linkages come back and up to the shifter...i took my consol out and the plastic around the sihifter and went fromt under the car so i new that i wasnt going to hit anything... drilled a hole up through that plate and through the floor and put and bolt through ...

where can i find performance tie rod ends, ball joints, sway bar bushings, control arm bushings... i want top notch... no of any sites i can find these parts on???

there are some port holes you will have to get plugged on the dohc head i believe...search the forum...there are a few topic on here about the "theorys" of the sohc to dohc swap...

yea my shop told me the part ($45) plus like 2 hours labor which is like ($165) or something
so i only paid 45 for the part...saved 120...pretty shweet...hehe

yea i got it in today... i got a shop right up the street for me to do it for free...he said he knows my brother or something...he got the old one out...put the new one in and pressed the "hub"??? back on too worked out real nice...since i didnt have anything to drive either it was nice th...

how hard is it to replace a fron pas. wheel bearing???

i found out that they are like the ford wheel bearings and that they are press in. i was wandering if its possible without a press to do this job myself... and what i would need to make this job any easier...
