Re: Exhaust system for the Mx3

Re: 1.6 Mx-3 Header

anyone could tell me whether the O2 sensor and the EGR could be eliminated somehow? this CS header rocks though! would love to use my 1.6 SOHC custom header with my 1.6 DOHC with a slight modding but the O2 and EGR was out of my radar. I know bungs could be easily welded on the downpipes but elimin...

Re: calling out the corksport guys! let's get some mx-3 exha

We had tossed around the idea a while back of making an exhaust system for the Mx3 but we could not get enough interest. A guesstimate if we were to build a system would be the $399-$439 range.

Re: Did anyone notice the worklog on Corksport.com?

When I ordered the bumper and lip I had also ordered a stock foglight switch which he said would be $38USD and he would let me know when it arrived. I asked him by email several times if it had arrived and he has still never replied. The last time I emailed him was May 20, 2009 and it was the fourt...

It is for the SOHC. The Mx3 we did the DOHC development work on did not have A/C. The mounting location on the blocks for the A/C bracket is the same for both engines.

Re: 1.6 Mx-3 Header

jkbreazeale wrote:Why does it say that it will not fit cars that are equipped with AC? Surely, there is a way around this. I would buy two if this was possible.
The header pipe is really close to the A/C compressor and bracket. It will probably fit but the clearance is very low at 1/4 inch.
