It is for the SOHC. The Mx3 we did the DOHC development work on did not have A/C. The mounting location on the blocks for the A/C bracket is the same for both engines.

A few of these headers have gone to Mercury Capri customers. Maybe check one of their forums?

the 6 headers i bought for french and belgian guys are not yet fitted ... it seems 24hours a day aren't enough ...
personally catalyst is a problem for me, i can't ride if my car is not fitted with it, so i have to weld it on a part.

anyone could tell me whether the O2 sensor and the EGR could be eliminated somehow? this CS header rocks though! would love to use my 1.6 SOHC custom header with my 1.6 DOHC with a slight modding but the O2 and EGR was out of my radar. I know bungs could be easily welded on the downpipes but eliminating O2 sensors would be the best solution imho. prob my rough idle would disappear as well...
thanks for the intel in advance!
cheers, f

That is a tough one. The car looks for the O2 sensor to make adjustments to the way is fuels the engine.
