Re: stumbling DOHC

HMmmmm....if it's the injectors clean them or dump some injector cleaner in your tank, Check your fuel filter and fuel lines...Yes do your rotor....Timing may slightly be off, get it checked, and your Vaf If you have the 1.6 dohc I believe they switched to the Vaf from the 92 1.6 Maf

Re: Underhood tempetures..how to make them colder?

Water wetter is an engine coolant....pick that up at most auto stores.....Thermo-tec is a wonderful product as where most of your heat comes from the exhaust....You can most likely pick that up off of ebay...and install an after market CAI system and run it down into the ffender beind the headlight....

Re: Underhood tempetures..how to make them colder?

A body kit and hoodscoop will keep you a lil cooler while in motion...Water Wetter both in motion or a stop...Phenolic spacers both ways again...And for the exhaust I used thermo-tec Wrap....Wrap up your exhaust manifold along with your Downpipe and it should decrease up to 50% underhood heat which ...

Re: Platnium VS. Platnium 4s ????????

ok...Lets take something thats easy for you to understand....Like Tig Welding....You use a tip thats Filed to sharp point,of course you have acheived a more finese weld, you have more positive energy flowing through the tip of the Rod which enables the Gas to ignite much better...UNDERSTAND

Re: itchin for more hpower

If your willing to do that do the bpt, or you could rebuild your engine...Most Sohc engines can hold more boost depending on the cam...But you could port and polish higher comperssion pistons from maybe a civic, custom Job, a new head job and upgraded Rods ,190lph fuel injectors and a 200lph fuel pum...

Re: Platnium VS. Platnium 4s ????????

i use Iridium Plugs from Ngk...they have a more positive power point to one area which gives it a more powerful spark..They worked for me and I saw a difference...I have been through several sets of ngk platinums and four prong but the Iridiums outlasted and out performed the rest...So I reccomend t...

Hey...Are u saying using 2 may enable us to take out the maf and use both safc's to control the fuel delivery at two different rpm setting's...i would love this...If it may work then I'll do it as a retriction problem to my Vaf,I don't get as much power due to the lack of air flow...hmmmm sounds int...
