Re: Momo steering wheel Hub.
that spacer looks totally different than mine.
I think you can use a Grant install kit but you will have to use a Momo spacer. I just noticed the 6 hex screws. My wheel is only 5.
[ June 11, 2003: Message edited by: Darren Hyderman ]

Re: Good brake pads
This may sound strange but I will endorse Wagner Thermo Quiet pads. They are carbon/metallic and make no dust. I'm using them and they are great with my Surestop Xdrilled rotors. I wouldn't say they provide as much stopping power as the KVR's or whatever but for both street and track these pads are ...

Re: Flame thrower kit...
I fail to see where I'm "wrong" about anything. You just added to what I said. I clearly stated that my comment was the jist of the mod. So I'm not "wrong" I just gave a basic explanation of how it's reletively easy to make this kit for a hell of alot less than buying a kit.

Re: 2.5 INTAKE MANIFOLD ON A 1.8L
Swapping the IM over is not the problem so much as the injectors. Keep the K8 injectors on. If you use 2.5 injectors count on poopy performance with alot of smoke.

Re: what do you think of these seats?
Ironically enough my seats are Recaros. Changing your seats is a matter of preferrence and practicality. I did it for the look and feel, which is why I bought sport seats and not racing seats. I still wanted to be able to recline, but have that aggressive look and feel. I wouldn't say that putting t...

Re: Momo steering wheel Hub.
sorry you said you don't have airbags. Then it's easy. Pull old wheel off....put new wheel on. Horn is 1 wire. But it is tricky because the contacts from the OEM hub to the aftermarket hub don't reach. But it's a simple obstacle to overcome with a little patience.

Re: Momo steering wheel Hub.
I'm flattered....that's the 1st time anyone posted a pic of my car here....I don't even know how to do that. That is an AUTOTEKNICA wheel. Probably one of the cheapest you can get. Better than APC but it's just a simple wheel. I paid $100 If you have airbags I WON'T give you an answer cuz I don't kn...
