how do you install racing seats because most dont come with the proper rails or what not?

you can use rails from a ford escort, its the same chassis. seats from the cars can be swapped really easy.
or you could just bolt them to the car but thats not a very good idea, cause u wont be able to slide them back and forth and i dont know how safe it would be
