i thnik my timeing belt tensioner is out. how loud is it when they do go out? mine sounds pretty bad. is it bad to drive on it? i only have to drive until the 15th or so (payday). are there any good places to get them cheaper the $145.

i got the water one to work. just had to turn it side ways. now i have problems else where in the4 motor again.

well the problem the first time was sand in the engine. it turns out the guy i bought the engine from sandblasted it and didnt clean it out afterwards. it cost around $140 for the new bearings for the crank and lower end. now i have a whole new set of problems now that it is running. there is a loud...

i finally go my car running. it started tonight for the first time with the built engine and turbo. i'm so excited right now. i ran 2 1/5 exhaust right in front of the drivers side tire. it sounds like a v8 mean. tommorrow i put the tires on and see if it will drive.

well, i'm not sure which belt fits with out the pump, but i have heard of people removeing the ac, and the power steering. but i think it was just for track use car. it would remove some of the power loss from driveing the pump. not much gain, but a little. try it see what happens. couldnt be that b...

good numbers. my engine is now rebuilt again. mine should be running by the middle of january. if everything works right. i need to make some adjustments to the turbo pipes. then put the engine back in there again. i'm debating on running a straight pipe out in front of the drivers side fender.

is there anyone who can post these pictures for me? i tried, but it doesnt like me apparrently. i dont mean the "good" ones, these are normal ones.

well in febuary i'm leaveing for 7 weeks to go to a school in san diego. so thats some time apart. but i will probably stay with the wife. i'm not as confused as i have been.
