Take it to a car wash, one of the do it yourselfers, and set the pressure washer on HOT and hold it there untill it comes off.

GET MORE LEVERAGE....I just get a big piece of pipe that will fit over my ratchet (like a 2" 4' lead pipe) and it will for sure start to move.

No there's not much too it, just take off ur wheel, and keep going till u find it, after the wheel there's a cap over the castle nut that should tap off with a rubber malet, then take out the cotter pin in the castle nut, and so forth, u cant really screw it up.
