PLEASE HELP.....IS THERE A BLOCK HEATER?

I'm in Ottawa Ont, and it's gonna hit around -40 tonight with the wind scheer my car has been stuck in the driveway all day because it's too cold and it wont start Is there a block heater? I cant find the plug. :mad:

Mine was on the left side of the engine. I got a Sohc, dunno if the v6 is any different.. But rumor says that the Bloc-Heater was an option.<p>I found the plug still attach to the from bumper ( or almost near ) with the original attach.. I would suggest to look IN the bumper then.
