I just bought and put on a full set of cross drilled, black CAD plated rotors. Here's the dumb question - is the black "plating" supposed to come off? My guess would be NO but my once black rotors are now silver as all the black coating has rubbed off. They are brand new and we just put on ...

Where are you getting these $500 disty's from? I bought one from part source on 36th a year and a half ago for about $250. Have you checked there??? Also, you say you bought yours about 5 months ago - I know the partsource one I bought had a one year warranty on it. Have you tried talking ...

It's not going to be anything too fancy, just getting the kit painted and installed - we're going to keep the car the same color (electron blue). It's a great color already so we're not going to change it.

Hey all,

Does anyone have any good/bad feedback on bodyshops here in Calgary? The prelude is getting a body kit and I've only been here in the city since this summer.

FYI, the police can only stop your vehicle for four reasons if you are not breaking the law (i.e. speeding, loud exhaust, etc.):

To check
1) your drivers licence
2) your car insurance
3) the mechanical fitness of your vehicle
4) the sobriety of the driver

Sorry, one more thing... I've put most of the mileage on over the last 3 years, driving from calgary to saskatchewan, Drayton Valley to Saskatchewan... etc. etc.<p>At least 75% is highway miles.
