Re: 19" wheels
a guy here tried to put his friends 19's on his mx-3 just to see and when he let the jack out the car didn't settle the fenders were resting ON the rims and it wasn't going anywhere
now this car has lowering springs(I believe he has Intrax) and Zx2 Struts but still it would not settle

high Hp/Torque Tranny/Axel ?'s
Hey guys I'm in the works of trying to build up a very high HP motor for my MX-3 I'm using the 1.6L DOHC B6 as my base point. I'm shooting for a goal of 600hp-700hp @ the crank. my biggest concern at this point is I KNOW the stock tranny and Axels will not take this kind of power. so What I'm asking...

Protege LX Tranny Direct Bolt up?
hey guys I have a 1994 mx-3 w/ the DOHC and I was wondering if the Protege LX Tranny is a direct boly up or if other parts are needed to make it work. I'm asking as my tranny just let go and I'd like to upgrade my tranny now for Future Projects
