ok so this mr.egr bastard is whats causing my revs to wander up and down? i thought it was a vac/vent prob but it was this cunning little bastard. i gots a j-spec klze in the engine bay, thought might as well save some trouble codes and bolt senor egr to the block and connect him in... he f&*kd ...

oh cool so there is a grooved idler for the KL series i didnt know that. wouldnt happen to have a part number or which car may have one would ya?

i dont mind not having PS ive driven manual steering before in a honda del sol and yeah i do plan to get a 323 manual steering rack later on.

im looking for a link or manufacturer for a power steering delet pully so i can get rid of my problematic power steering assembly. im sick and tired of replacing gaskets only for a new leak to magicly appear. so any help would be appreciated.

well i seem to have solved my probs... i put the old k8 ecu back in... didnt stop to think to pair the ecu with the intake... using the k8 intake... yeah.... yay me =P (have u had a v8 today?)

well i spray tested the engine for air leaks so now i check dizzy and replace plugs. as for the knock sensor is there a way to check without ripping the intake off? and i may need to replace my check engine light lols it never comes on even tho im using an atx ecu in a mtx car =P thanks for the lead...

however a friend of mine out here in sudbury said that it helps to run a ecu from a mx6 with the KLZE engine. he had some weird idling and engine was "boggy" then he swaped the mx3 ecu for the mx6 ecu and run perfect now. but i think that my friend is one of those special cases =P
