Re: Complex rim fitment. Need your help.

Alright. That sounds like waaayyy too much. So you're saying they'll stick out 4.9 inches from the fender? It would make it look like some crazy dune buggy. Nevermind then. Thanks for the advice.

Re: mazdags94 - 1994 MX-3 GS

Holy bling bling to the interior man. Looks nice. Your rust issues are far better than mine. I hear rust crushing when I jack at the frame rails :crying: If you're going to a ZE ever make sure you get that slush box Ford pos auto tranny out of there lol. It will make the swap much easier and you won...

I looked all over the place for someone who's done this and found nothing. The only k8/kl supercharger guys I found used that high maintenance transfer shaft that travels from belt side to intake side. The bearings like to go out on them a lot, causes extra vibration, and robs power. Other times I'v...

No, I'm pretty sure all gs's have ac. In order to bypass mine I needed to get a 626 belt. But don't be mad about it. He did you a favor. I'm guessing you have a k8 right? You don't want that wussy stuff drawing power from your already weak engine. I look at it as weight reduction. The way I look at ...

If he's got a 92 like mine the ecu won't chip right. You have to use a probe vaf with it. I think that's why. I just bought a kl36 and am crossing my fingers.

Aye, but switching between gears can make it stumble. Especially if a mount is completely broken.

I love that Miata with the ze. What a ball that car would be. I'm loving the appearance of the vintage ferrari-ish intake manifold.

If you need to find out how bad your mounts are then get a friend with one of his cars with a similar setup. Grab onto that intake manifold and pull and push on each car. Compare and contrast. I'm sure there's a fancier way of doing it. But if your unfamiliar with bad mounts and are what I call a &q...

Bad mounts will cause "shaking" not vibrating. You'll experience this when you drop the clutch too harsh. The block will shake back and forth against the inertia of the car. In horrible cases like my friend with his probe GT you'll hear a CLANK on a clutch drop because his engine is only s...

The way I always remember it is that the bank near the radiator is all even and firewall side is odds. Then just read from left to right like you're reading anything. As for the disty... just look at the numbers. The cap almost always has them molded from the factory.

Okay, that's starting to sound like a ground issue maybe? Your engine should crank with no problems with the VAF disconnected. It wouldn't surprise me if it wouldn't start without it. But no, the VAF shouldn't interfere with the starting system. You plugged it back in and it cranks? Or is it a perma...
