Is your cam timing on. Did you line up the marks on the cam sprockets? Did you check your ignition timing? Did you change your fuel filter? Checked all vac lines.

It's a little work if you have never done it befor. Use the online Manual for the step by step. If your low on funds get one from the junk yard. should save you some money. I dont know what the diffrents is between the mx-3 and pgt egr is. Should be the same I would think. Maybe not.
