well thats because the trigger ring for the ABS is mounted on the axle. doesnt necessarily mean that the spline count is different... i tried searching various auto parts sites but couldnt find any difinitive evidence about this.

i remember reading something a while ago.... that the v6 mx3's with ABS actually had a different spline count at the hub, compared to other mx3's/proteges/escorts/etc. is this true? or am i out of my mind? i'm trying to figure out what axles would allow me to run 5-lug mx6 hubs.

i just doubt that it would sound as good as just adding a resonator to your current setup. it also wont flow as well due to the tight bends. for that price you could get a real nice stainless steel magnaflow resonator. get one thats as long as possible, the longer the better.

that thing looks silly

basically its just two mufflers in one. so... the better solution is to add a resonator or second muffler to your exhaust in the straight section after the cat.
