[WTB] mx3 rear seat (black)

anyone got one? i need the seat back and bottom, as well as all the mounting brackets and hinges for the seatback, plus the plastic "things" that the seat bottom clips into. i'm mounting it in an escort, so the seat physically fits but all the hardware i mentioned is somewhat different. local would be great, shipping seats is a bit expensive.
