You can't really "flush" a manual trans, but if you want to wash out the stuff that's collected in the bottom just change the fluid.

My 94 MX-6/626 shop manual shows the ABS control unit is mounted under the dash on the driver's side over near the door/fender. One thing you might want to do is go to a Mazda dealer and have them read the codes for you. I believe you can check for codes yourself by grounding between the TBS termina...

A used CV joint would be a mistake.

Replace both axles with rebuilt ones.

Pull the axle and stuff a rag in the transmission case hose to keep the spider gears in place.

You might have a leak in the vacuum hose from the intake manifold to the brake booster or you might have a leak in the brake booster diaphragm.

I used a K8 disty with a ZE ECU, no disty problems.
