that sounds like a camshaft noise to me pull that front cover and check out everything. i have heard a noise like that before and the car was blowing fuses. did you prime the oil before u started the car? it take a few minutes for the oil to reach the lifters, be sure to have freash oil and good oil...

i had a problem like that it was getting spark but it was weak. have a parts car and i switched distys. problem solved

ask yourself this question hows it getting past the spark plugs? it's the tower seals

then it must be your fuel pump. birdge it through the ground and fuel pump in your diag connection and see if you can hear the pump running

check fuel pressure and make sure you u get a stethascope and listen for the injectors to click on and off

the copumter and mass air flow will work from stock. the straight neck will not fit without mods. u can get by on your stock mani. as far as the clutch goes no idea.

deffinatly do your timing belt water pump and tensioner. just to be safe and it easy when the motors out.

if its on the wire side only it has to the towers seals trust me


it's a common problem in alot of hondas

got a part from the s--- yard and got no spark

bought a parts car for 200 that i drove home. i swapped the diasty with coilall in one. firered like a dream!

so whom ever said talk to a mechanic, hoop it!
