Re: Koni inserts, where to buy?
true corksport has em, but they also charge a rediculous amount of money for them. They are like $159 from corksport vs. $131 on Tirerack (USD). Basically I just want to know if the inserts I saw on Tirerack are the right ones. =)

Koni inserts, where to buy?
I saw them on Tirerack but I found them only under the premium category, not the performance or autocross categories. That seemed very odd to me if these shocks are as good as people seem to think they are. I want to buy them but I want to make sure I'm not buying the wrong product. I'm sure there p...

Re: helpwith tires for my rims
If you don't care about performance or having a Z-rated tire, you shouldn't have ANY issues with finding a tire to last a good while. Before I bought my wheels I was using Nitto NT450s on the stock 15s (205/55/15), and they were AWESOME tires for how long they last (Z-rated too). Of course that is m...

H&R owners, I got a question
I just replaced my H&Rs for Ground Controls. When I first installed my H&Rs I can't say I paid a lot of attention to how close the spring coils came to each other when i sat the car back down, so maybe I just never noticed it... but when i installed the GCs I noticed the H&R spring coils...

Re: GC spring rate stuff
Thank you for the suggestions ProtegeSTS! I'm glad to see you back on the boards, you are really important here, and I know others agree. I should've phrased the initial post differently, it was obviously annoying/stupid. =)

Re: is my muffler weird??? i need opinions!!
I think the "bloom bloom bloom" sound you are talking about is just because of pipe size isnt it? If the sound you're talking about is what I'm thinking it is, mine began doing exactly that when i went to 2.25in cat-back (when i had muffler installed)... i just attributed the sound to the ...

GC spring rate stuff
ALrighty, I'm gonna order myself some GCs. I do not know what spring rates I should get however. I read on the board a couple people ran 275 front and 375 rear without any problems... but I always thought you want a stiffer spring in the front? I don't want to ask for a higher rate in the back if it...

is my muffler weird??? i need opinions!!
ok i've tried typing this 2 times now and when i'm just about done, i go linkdead and gotta do it again. TWICE now. just had to vent a little. Here's the issue: I just got an HKS "Hiper" muffler, 90mm inlet 96mm tip. looks a whole hell of a lot like the apexi N1 style muffler. Anyway, this...

hate to bring it up again; emissions questions
alrighty, i read all i could read on the emissions topic for the KL-ZE and so far I've gathered that it can pass just about anywhere if you do it right. What is the best setup for best emissions with a ZE? (In the U.S.) aren't emissions regulations put on by the county you live in, not state? I don'...

from V6 to 4???
I did some searching and couldn't find anything solid about this. I was curious because honestly I would much prefer a turbo 4cyl engine to a naturally aspirated V6 any day, i just love turbo. Can it be done, well I'm sre it can as just about anything can be done with enough money and time. My quest...
