Re: Pictures of my Turbo Mazda MX3

White smoke usally means your burning coolant. If It was your turbo it would more than likely be blue smoke from leaky oil seals around the floating bearings. The other thing that usually happens when a turbo is going down hill is it gets laggier, less max boost pressure, & it starts getting noi...

Re: Engine is DONE - have some ????

Re: help (with B6T swap)!

I hope when you did the injectors you didn't get the harnesses plug up out of sequence did ya??? One of my friends did that when swapping on a new JG Intake Manifold. You might have to use a multi-meter to trace them back to the ECU & find out. It would cause some pretty crazy running problems!

Re: JUST A SURVEY:

I'm working on getting it to tha track. The stock turbo has been getting lagier and droping boost considerbly more and more with the air flow regestering nearly 15% lower on the S-AFC than when I put this VJ-14 on to replace my exploded VJ-13. I'm hoping this time it's not the turbo. I torqued the b...

Re: Fidenza flywheels?

Corksport sells them for the Pro-LX I know for sure cuz I'm looking at buying one in the future. If they are made for the DOHC or any other will work Derrick can hook ya up.

Re: Greddy and other turbo kits

According to Derrick @ Corksport, the miata manifold mouts on top of the manifold. Which he said inturn would put the turbo through the MX-3's hood. <p>Will it work??? yes, if you don't mind the turbo stick through the hood. If your doing drag car only, this would be a good thing actually because it...

Re: Making a 1993 MX3 from ODB1 to ODB2

Not only that but you will also have to change out your throttle sensor. The SOHC mx-3 uses a 2 postion sensor, the DOHC uses a potentiometer style throttle sensor. There may be more than just these mods. Its kind of one of those things you just have to figure out along the way.

Re: 2nd gen rx-7 air flow meter

It doesn't matter which one you use. The only difference are some VERY minor poeteniometer settings inside the meter itself. Neither one has any performance advantages.

HEEEEEheeeeeee hhaaahahaa. Here is a small list you need: -20B 3rotor twin turbo engine from cosmo (screw the 13B if your gonna go this far!) -Tube frame the front end so you can mount the motor (otherwise you won't). -Convert to rear wheel drive (break out the torch & welder or jack up the car ...
