the front and rear mud guards are different.. you have to get the oem set for back, the front's dont fit...

, you could also try to get a friend or someone to tap the starter with a hammer while you have the key turned to start, and see if it kicks in ,if not check all yur connections.

also check to make sure your alt/ac belt is tight n in decent condition,it could be slipping at higher rpms.

as for the hose it goes to the intake box rite there in red , it appears to be busted off, tha plastic piece is still in the hose no? and for your leak you need to replace the rubber o-ring in there ,just unbolt the dizzy n pull it out. unless your valve cover leaks. but try reconnecting that hose n...

i have it on mine and all the other mx-3s ive seen at junkyard around here ..im pretty sure its the DRL Module ,Daytime Running Lights, and i think its only in canada.
