What is this? External ICM? Pic included

What is that? when I leave my key in the 'on' position but the car not started, it gets so hot you cant touch it.

Sorry to start a new post but no one's posted in the previous posts in a while so I figured a new one would get this noticed faster!

I did a search on ICM's and all I got was threads on HEI mods.

i have no freakin clue! the guys where i work are heavy duty mechanics and they figure its an external ignition module. I'm not getting any spark and if that is an external ICM, the fact it's getting so hot could possibly be why im not getting spark?

i found a site once where it had a bunch of stupid labels that people put on products like the one i saw once. it went something like this: on the bottom of a pie box it said do not turn this box upside down.

Its the continuum transfunctioner

The continuum transfunctioner is a very mysterious and powerful device and it's mystery is only exceeded by it's power.

Yup. Mine doesn't get that warm though, but it's bolted down pretty nice.

He's in Canada.

We've had requirements since 1991 that the vehicle have marker lights or headlights illuminate while driving. The Americans don't have the same legislation.
