are our cars even any good for autoX?

Im more concerned about tire wear and snow traction then the 3mph my spedo will be off by. its my wifes car. and I didnt think to look to see if they made a 195/60/15. that should be closer to a 205/55/15.

I want to get some Dunlop 205/60/15's there about 5/8" larger then a 205/55/15 so 5/16" on all sides.

Let me know cause I want to order these in the next few days.

thanks everyone problem resolved! I believe that it was actually the internal coil not the ICM. I verifyed that the hei mod. was wired correctly w/my uncle who works for gm. Got a rebuilt from autozone for $160 lifetime waranty put that in, reversed the hei mod and runs like before.:) thanks again A...

yeah, noticed that. I yanked the disty today and took it to autozone. got one rebuilt w/lifetime waranty for 160. freeken junkyard wanted 125 for one that was 13 yrs old!

I need to know what modles and years interchange into the 93 Mx3 on autozone.com I found that the disty has the same part number for 92-94 on the V6 mx3,mx6,626,probe. can somone conferm this for me?

yup already saw that one too. I think my internal coil is screwed. Im going to probably replace the disty cause i want this to run yesterday! and im not up for modding somthing to fix a prob where im not sure where it is. I know its either the coil or the ICM so im giong to replace the disty. thanks...

I read that yesterday too. Bottom line. ive fixed the grounding prob w/the HEI so my starter cranks for its normal length of time now. Still no Spark! Ive tryed all three postitons for the rotor and nothing. Coils are good I tested primalry and secondary for reisitance and got 1ohm and 9.5k which wa...

searched and read that one before. it didnt help also the info i used before didnt menchion anything about a external coil like msd or anything.
