Think I could get $2000 for it? Depends how quickly you want to sell it, you may get $2000 for it but you may have to wait a long while until the right person comes along and will pay it. You should be able to get at least $1,500 for it though. If you parted it out you might even be able to get mor...

Ok, I don't feel so bad anymore about wanting to get rid of my MX3... mainly due to wanting something newer with a few more toys to play around with. What do you guys think a 94 GS with 230km would fetch? The body is in good shape with only the sunroof showing some rust bubbling, and the front lip i...

Crank sensor wiring?

Ok, I've run into a bit of a problem with my crank sensor after replacing the distributor. The car now runs great once it starts, but starting is a bit of a pain as it takes a good 10 seconds of cranking for it to start. The code that comes up repeatedly is the crank sensor code. The issue I have is...

Yah, I'd check that first too, when I was doing some light maintenance a while back I forgot to plug the mofo back in and it wouldn't start, also, make sure there's proper vacuum in the hoses for the air-intake, though that would just make it stall out.

I think a "LOL" is in order, I took a chance and got my shop to install a brand new Crank sensor... well, the problem didn't go away, so now I'm just waiting for the store I got the distributor from to get me a new one.

Thanks for the info Pat, that does make sense. Yes, you could take the disty back because even if it was new, they have a tendency to go. That could the first palce to start. If it is the crank angle, that is a easy exhchange that you can get from any wreckers. So is the actual camshaft sensor loca...

So I could realistically just pull out the current disty, take it back to the place I got it from and get another one... wonder if thats really the simplest solution.
