Ok, I've run into a bit of a problem with my crank sensor after replacing the distributor. The car now runs great once it starts, but starting is a bit of a pain as it takes a good 10 seconds of cranking for it to start. The code that comes up repeatedly is the crank sensor code. Yah, I'd check that first too, when I was doing some light maintenance a while back I forgot to plug the mofo back in and it wouldn't start, also, make sure there's proper vacuum in the hoses for the air-intake, though that would just make it stall out.

Yah, the car is running like total s---, plus it keeps setting off the check-engine light, although it only does so intermittently.

Could someone just clarify to me please where this sensor is located? Is it inside the distributor or somewhere on the outside? My car has started running all snafu and the code I got from the obd 1 is code 03 which is the camshaft position sensor... thanks guys!
