just to add my 2 cents, when i did mine i added a wire from the block to the passenger side chassi, from the intake manifold to the firewall (will probably add another from the tb... i heard it helps too) and I ran one from the distributor to the frame (there is a spot where two little wimpy wires g...

your going to still need a good quality spring imo. i made the mistake of going the cheap route and bought the dropzone lowering springs, not the coil overs. the ride really didn't improve, those springs are way too damn soft. and it lowered my car about 1.5-2 inches in the back, but almost non in t...

when i was too lazy a few times to tighten/replace my belts, i used a product called belt dressing. a couple different companies make it and its available at most auto parts stores. couple bucks for the can, spray the belt while the eingine is running and it will stop for a while. not indefinatly, b...

Ok. Besides the cheapazz factor, will the coilovers in question be compatable with our cars? That was the origional purpose of this thread, and since coil overs are readily available for these other cars, a "non cheapazz" company will probably sell the other cars coil overs for a little le...

Sorry for the delay. Here's the link. http://www.tommotorsport.com/shop/?page=shop/browse&category_id=8e1fa3f0d0ef40b1c666bac2b272fe79 and again I know nothing about the zx2 strut swap or if these will fit a stock strut so any help would be great. I have seen a lot of tommotorsport stuff and wil...

hey this post peaked my curiousity. i looked on tommotorsport and found that they have a set of coil overs for the mx5 (no help). However, they have a set of coilovers for the 95-00 Ford Escort. I have just barely got into the posts here that cover a strut swap for the zx2, but I'm wondering if thes...

If I can remember some of my research correctly, the oem clutch is a little more expensive than an upgrade (at least here in the states). I will try to find the company for sure, but I think it is ACT that made a clutch. It might be a little better to replace the stock clutch with the aftermarket if...

I did a quick search on private party value of the Acura Integra 2dr sport coupe GS-R. In just "good condition" (Only minor paint and body blemish and an ok motor) with 115000 mi it was estimating $4600. $3k would be an awesome steal if you could find it, but if you do find one that cheap ...

Alright, so all it did was just put lost power back (inyour opinion). It still helped my car to run a bit better. Just thought it might be something worth sharing. Sorry I can't amuse you with everything I post. :rant2:

In my opinion, it all depends on how far you wish to take either car. If you are planning to build a show car, then keep the MX-3. Hondas/Acuras are the hardest catergory to place in when competing in a show. There are so many civics, intege's, etc. that no one sees anything special in them, even wh...

A Testamonial to the Power of Stupid Grounds.

I really hate to act excited about small mods.... A new type of spark plug, a generic "high flow" filter in the stock air box. I hate to say, "God damn, that ebay 20+ horse power bolt on really added 20 horses. My shizzle is da bomb, dog!" I hate people who say that, I really do....

119MPH in an RS with hi flow cone filter and cat back exhaust, coming back from a night at the track trying to keep up with a stock Supra racing the fastest eclipse in town. Yeah, they were way up there but I still saw their tail lights until I gave up.

I haven't had it happen to me, but has anyone checked the coil? The spark issue you describe may be a faulty coil, and I didn't see if that was something you had changed.

Is there any recent electrical work that might be shorting out, causing the battery drain?
